This 65 square metre first floor holiday accommodation is located in a secure private complex of other apartments with gated entrance, built in 2009/2010. It consists of two good sized, fully air-conditioned bedrooms with built in wardrobes. There is also an open plan fully air-conditioned living space which includes a living area, a dining area and a kitchen. The living area contains a double sofa bed and a two seater settee, as well as a television, DVD player, Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360 , it opens out onto a balcony furnished with patio table and chairs. The dining area contains a dining table and 4 chairs, and the kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker, washing machine, cooking utensils.

Nearby Larnaca offers miles of sandy beaches, restaurants, bars and shops as well as a marina and palm tree lined promenade for evening strolls. If you fancy staying closer to home, the traditional village of Pyla is within walking distance and has a variety of tavernas, shops and supermarkets.
Air-conditioning in all rooms, this apartment is accessed via an intercom system therefore suitable for children with a fully enclosed balcony. The communal pool is a great environment for children with shallow end in the pool and enclosed in the complex with electric gates. There are maps and guide books and a welcome folder packed with local information.

The apartment is approx 20 minutes from Larnaca airport (a straightforward journey). Cars can be hired from the airport or a taxi costing approximately £25.
Paphos airport is an alternative and is approx 1-2 hours away. Car hire is recommended.

Pyla village is a 10 minute walk. Seafront and Dhekelia Road 5 minutes by car. Larnaca 15 minutes by car. Ayia Napa, Nissi beach and water park 30 minutes. Oroklini 5 minutes drive. Driving in Cyprus is on the left hand side of the road.

Pyla Village is only a few minutes drive from the cosmopolitan town of Larnaca.
In the heart of modern Larnaca is the remains of the ancient city - Kingdom of Kition. The Fort and the old quarters give the town its unique character. The nearby salt lake is a favourite stop over for thousands of migrating birds in winter such as flamingo's.
Every summer Larnaca hosts a festival of music and performing arts. Outdoor concerts take place in the courtyard of the medieval fort.
